Luciano Marconi

Triple-crossing Italian fellow. He's really only in it for the money, and where the money goes is obvious from looking at him. Slick hair (pompadour?), expensive Italian suit, a ring on each hand. He went to Germany for reasons which are never elaborated upon; never realized/cared that Mussolini's Italy had collapsed, basically playing all sides towards the middle. His combat style is very passive, with lots of counter moves. His super only works if it's countering another special/super, otherwise he screws it up in a decidedly epic fashion. I imagine his mannerisms would be similar to those of Amano from Last Blade, possibly even with one arm tucked inside his fancy suit.

Moves

• "Bling punch," where a short moment is spent showing off one of his shiny rings before socking the opponent in the face with it.
• Counter moves: counters Low, High, or Overhead attacks based on which button is pressed, Geese-style.
• Wrestling-style move where opponent is sent running into the screen edge behind Luciano. Flings opponent faster if used as a counter.
• SUPER: Johnny Cage-style counter combo; if it counters another super, Luciano dishes out the hurt somehow. If it counters a normal move, he is stuck doing the elaborate motions anyway, but damage sucks by comparison. If it counters nothing, he falls over backwards and is left vulnerable for a second.
