Independent Zone

The Shantanian Independent Zone refers to the handful of small cities, villages, and port towns dotting the map that do not lie under any specific nation's authority. They tend to have their own pocket governments, with their own agendas, but the one commonality is that they do not tend to bend their knee toward the bigger nations.
