Also called the Dihydrogen Monoxide Projection Device, this multi-role liquid delivery system fires jets of water in either a downward-facing propulsion mode, or a forward-facing weapon mode. Commonly thought of as a "jetpack", this device allows for very short-duration low-maneuverability flight, as well as minor to moderately damaging attacks.
