Through the use of substances, items, mechanickal gadgetry, and ability, the tinkerer is able to augment their weapons and armor. These augmentations can add defensive and offensive capabilities unlike any other.

Armor Augmentations

Linear Actuators Tinkerer 1 +1 AC Dodge Bonus Mechanically-assisted joints enhance the tinkerer's mobility when avoiding incoming attacks.
Strengthened Materials Tinkerer 3 +1 AC Through use of better materials, reinforcements, and hardening techniques, the tinkerer can improve armor during creation.
Reflective Coating Tinkerer 1 +2 Spell Resistance Special sealant and polish applied to the armor improves its resistance to incoming spells.
Advanced Reflective Coating Tinkerer 5, Reflective Coating +5 Spell Resistance, 25% chance to reflect incoming ray attacks Refinements to the sealant formula, as well as additional plating, increase the effectiveness of the armor's coating.
Collapsible Airfoils Enables Gliding Fold-out gliding wings allow the tinkerer to sail over most land hazards, given sufficient height advantage. From a starting position 10 ft high, the tinkerer may safely glide for 30 ft without suffering ill effects from terrain. At base level, the destination must be solid ground, as the tinkerer may not hover in mid-air.

Weapon Augmentations

Oil Reservoir +1d6 Fire The addition of an oil reservoir in the handle and microjets throughout the blade allow a bladed weapon to be engulfed in flame at will.
Voltaic Pile +1d6 Electricity A voltaic pile - a primitive battery - is added to the grip of a bladed weapon. This allows the blade to be electrified in order to deal electrical damage.
Thunderstone Dispenser +1d6 Sonic A storage slot for thunderstones allows the blade to deal sonic damage on hit.
Acid Jets +1d6 Acid When fitted with an acid flask, the blade is able to spray acid on a successful hit. This allows an acid flask to be used for more than one successful attack, as it's being directly distributed into wounds.
Rocket Booster +1d6 Force A multi-use rocket booster is added to the tip of a bladed weapon, imparting significant force upon the blade during a slashing attack.
Lightened Materials Special Through the use of lightened materials, better alloys, and aggressive grinding to remove unnecessary metal, the tinkerer is able to reduce the weight of the weapon. This allows the tinkerer to treat the weapon as a light weapon for purposes of offhand wielding.
