Albert Cervantes

• Occupation: Obituary columnist for Pacific Southeast Daily News. Co-worker to Ruby, though he acts like her superior.
• Face: Caucasian, sneering scumbag. Blonde comb-over, overbite, Steve Buscemi eyes.
• Build: Lanky, tall and skinny.
• Preferred clothing: Tacky Hawaiian shirt and khaki slacks.
• Personality: he's a devout Catholic, always finds things to complain about, and refuses to accept that he is considered a co-worker to a woman.
• Living situation: Lives alone. Divorced three times, has numerous children out of previous marriages that he left his wives with. His first two wives filed restraining orders against him. He filed one himself against his third.
• Relation: His office is next door to Ruby's desk. Though the two are both classed as "Junior editor", he firmly believes that Ruby is his inferior and constantly demands that she bring him coffee, and bitches about it in the worst way possible, going so far as to throw the hot coffee at her if she messes it up. As far as Bastion is concerned, he ignores him to start with, but a serious rivalry begins to take shape a few cases in, until Bastion eventually catches Albert attempting to force himself on a heavily-restrained Ruby in his office.
• Misc: I have no idea why I keep imagining this guy being played by Christian "Lance Boyle" Ericksen.
• Notes for the artist: I think I've pretty much established this guy's reputation as a complete asshole, so do your best to make him look the part. =P
